TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A. Rates
- All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Rates will be applicable for reservation made direct with the hotel or through its approved sales office only.
- Package rates are based on per couple basis.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited.
B. Reservation Procedures
- The Tour Operator will direct all FIT and GIT reservations to the hotel's reservation department or through its approved sales office.
- Reservations can be made through the telephone but must subsequently be followed by fax or letter or mail.
- All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation of the hotel.
C. Check In / Check Out Time
- Check in time: 1400 hours
- Check out time: 1100 hours
- Late check out from 1100 hours to 1600 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of contract rates, subject to room availability.
D. Cancellation Charges
- All confirmed bookings are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable. No-show guest will be charged 100% of total cost
